Aerial Drone Media for Real Estate
Including aerial drone media on your real estate listings takes the listings to the next level - both literally and figuratively. Drone photography gives buyers an overhead view of the home, which is often more visually appealing. It also allows buyers to see the surrounding areas and neighborhoods on your listings. Overall, drone photography makes your listings feel more visually appealing and sets them apart from listings without it. It’s important to find a photographer who is Part 107 licensed if you’re looking for drone media, as this cannot legally be done by a non-licensed drone enthusiast.

Interior Real Estate Photography
I recently upgraded my equipment to include a new wide-angle lens for real estate photography - a Sigma 10-18mm lens. For real estate photoshoots, I use this lens, along with my Sony FX30 camera to capture a wide-angle of every room. I edit photos in Adobe Lightroom and provide you with high-quality edited photos to showcase your listings. In addition to providing aerial drone photography and interior photography, I also provide photographs of the exterior of the home. I adjust the lighting and capture angles that make the yard feel inviting - so potential buyers see the photos and imagine themselves calling the listing home.
